1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
Pour beer into a pint glass, and add coke. Seperately add amaretto to a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass, and drink immediately.

12 oz ginger ale
1/4 shot Absolut vodka
1/4 shot light rum
1/2 shot amaretto almond liqueur
Pour beer, ginger ale, vodka, light rum, and amaretto in a funnel. Turn the funnel while you drink it.

2 oz Absolut Citron vodka
1 bottle Corona Extra lager
1 lime wedge
Pour (drink) the first 2 oz. of corona, and add 2 oz. of Absolut Citron. Cap top of bottle and turn upside down for about 5 seconds. Serve with a lime wedge.

1 part peppermint schnapps
1 glass beer
Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in equal parts liquor. Shake or swirl. Strain into shot glass(es). Serve with a short, cold glass of beer.

1 pinch salt
1 pinch peppers
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 oz clamato juice
1 1/2 oz Bacardi Limon rum
4 oz Corona Extra lager
Mix the lemon, tabasco sauce, clamato juice, salt and pepper. Fill the glass with some ice, add the rum and fill with Corona beer.

48 oz (4 bottles) Bass pale ale
12 oz brandy
2 1/4 cups water
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
1 sliced lemon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Add the sugar, lemon slices, cloves, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, ginger and water to a large nonreactive saucepan set over medium-high heat. Stir frequently to dissolve the sugar. Let the mixture reach the boil, then turn the heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the brandy and ale and heat, but do not allow to boil. Serve in beer mugs, with a slice of lemon on each drink. Makes 8 (10-ounce) beer mugs.

1 part Guinness stout
Fill stien half full with Bass. Next pour Guiness over a spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guiness will stay on top and the Bass on bottom hence the name Black & Tan.

12 oz ale
1 oz brandy
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Heat the lemon juice with 2 ounces of ale, the ginger and the sugar in a saucepan over moderate heat until the sugar has dissolved. Beat the egg yolk into the brandy in a bowl. Beat the lemon juice mixture from the saucepan into the bowl with the egg, and beat together. Transfer to a beer mug. Add the rest of the ale, stir well, and serve.
