1 oz Plymouth gin
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1 dash grenadine syrup
4 oz orange juice
Cover the bottom of a highball glass with a thin layer of grenadine, then fill the glass with ice. Combine the 42 Degress vodka, Southern comfort liqueur and orange juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Strain over the ice into the highball glass. Garnish with two cherries, and serve.

1 1/2 oz sloe gin
1 oz Absolut vodka
1/2 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1/2 oz Midori melon liqueur
fill with pineapple juice
ice
Fill glass with ice, add gin and vodka. Almost fill with pineapple juice, then add southern comfort and melon liqueur. The drink can also be made frozen by adding 1 1/2 scoops of ice and blending.

24 oz beer
24 oz water
Mix all ingrediants together in a pitcher. Tastes and smells non-alcoholic, but packs a wallop.

Ingredients:
- ½ measure Gin
- 1 cocktail Cherry
- 3 Ice cubes, cracked
- 1 measure Dry Vermouth
- ½ measure Cherry Brandy
- Spiral of Lemon Rind to decorate
Method:
- Put the ice cubes into a mixing glass, add vermouth, gin and cherry brandy and stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and decorate with the cherry and spiral of lemon.
Tip: Mix a drink in the proper order, which is usually: Ice, Alcohol, iller (e.g. juice or soda), Any secondary ingredient.

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- 2 measures Gin
- ½ tsp Egg White
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 measure Cointreau
- Spiral of Lemon rind to decorate
Method:
- Place the ice cubes, gin, cointreau, lemon juice and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake to mix then strain into a cocktail glass.
- Decorate with the spiral of lemon.
Serves: 1
Tip: Eat something before and during alcohol consumption. This slows the absorption of alcohol. Fats and carbohydrates are best for slowing absorption. Sugars intake prevents hang-overs. Cakes and pastries are the party food that has lots of all three.

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Gin
- 30 ml Cherry Brandy
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- Top with Soda water
- An orange slice to garnish
Method:
- Pour the ingredients directly into the large highball with ice in the order listed and stir.
- Top with the soda water.
- Garnish with orange slice and serve.
Tip: Always use very cold ice. Not all ice has the same temperature. Usually good ice looks dry outside, and if you touch it, it will stick to your finger. Bad ice is one that looks wet outside and is dripping from all sides.

Ingredients:
- 45 ml Gin
- 7-8 Ice cubes
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Orange juice
- 30 ml Passion fruit juice
- Soda water, to top up
- Orange and spiral, to decorate
Method:
- Put 3-4 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.
- Pour in the gin, lemon juice, passion fruit juice and orange juice and shake well.
- Put the remaining ice in an old-fashioned glass and strain in the cocktail.
- Top up with soda water and stir gently. Decorate with an orange rind spiral.
Tip: To rim a cocktail glass with sugar or salt, run a piece of lemon or lime around the edge and dip in salt or sugar.

- Pour into a tall glass and top up with soda water.
- Decorate with a slice of orange and serve with straws.
Tip: All alcoholic beverages are either fermented or distilled. Your fermented beverages are beer and wine. Your distilled beverages are vodka, whiskey, rum, liqueurs, etc.

Tip: Sparkling wines and champagnes should be served thoroughly chilled.
