Lazy Daze

1 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz melon liqueur
1/3 oz green creme de menthe
1 1/4 oz whipping cream
2 oz lemonade

Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Add lemonade and float cream on top. Garnish with a cherry and mint sprig, and serve.

Hairy Coconut

1 oz vodka
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Pisang Ambon liqueur
1 tsp Green Chartreuse
1/2 oz coconut cream
1 oz whipping cream

Highland Cream

1 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
1/4 oz peppermint schnapps

Cream Cordial

14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 1/4 cups coffee liqueur
1 cup whipping cream
4 eggs

In blender container, combine all ingredients, blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to one month. Stir before using.

*The Coffee Liqueur can be substituted for Almond, Mint or Orange Liqueur.

Homemade Coquito Bueno

4 cans Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3 cans evaporated milk
3 cans condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 gallon vanilla ice cream
powdered cinnamon to taste
1 liter white rum

Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend well. Store in glass bottles, and place in refrigerator.

Creme de Menthe

8 cups sugar
6 cups water
1 pint 188 proof grain alcohol
1 oz pure mint extract
1 tbsp green food coloring

Bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and let ripen for 1 month.

Melon Colada

1 1/4 oz white rum
1 1/4 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 1/3 oz coconut cream
3 oz pineapple juice
1 tsp whipping cream

Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a pina colada glass with a slice of pineapple, cherry and straws.

California Root Beer

1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1 oz Galliano herbal liqueur
2 oz club soda
1 oz cola
1 splash beer

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.

Goldfish

1 oz citrus vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
2 canned mandarins wedges

Mix peach schnapps with plain or citrus vodka. Add mandarin oranges.

Black Dragon

1 part mint schnapps
1 part Kahlua - coffee liqueur
1 part Glenfiddich - Scotch whisky

First add the mint schnapps, then add the kahlua and finally add the scotch. If done correctly you should have three different layers.
