1/2 oz Malibu coconut rum
1 splash pineapple juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
1 dash lemon juice
Mix in a shaker half filled with ice. Strain into a pony glass.

10 1/2 oz blackcurrant juice
6 oz orange juice
6 oz pineapple juice
2 drops banana essence
1 nutmeg seed
1 diced, medium-sized cucumber
Mix all the liquid ingredients in a small punch bowl or pitcher. Grate the nutmeg into it, leave for 10 mins then seive out the nutmeg. Add the diced cucumber. Chill before serving.

soda water
Place some ice cubes in a large tumbler, add grenadine syrup and grapefruit juice, top up with soda water. Stir a little and serve with a drinking straw.

1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1 pinch salt
1 scoop lime ice cream
1 pinch lemon zest
Pepsi cola
1. Stir the juices together in a freezable container and freeze until ice. Crush the ice finely with the lemon zest, and mix salt into the crushed ice.

2. Pour the Pepsi into a highball glass, and quickly add the ice cream and cover with the crushed ice to prevent it flowing out. Serve.

2 tsp sugar syrup
4 cl lemon juice
Add egg yolk, sugar syrup and lemon juice over several ice cubes in a shaker. Shake very well and strain into a highball glass. Add a straw, and serve.

2 liters ginger ale
1 can frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 gal sherbet
frozen fruit
cold water
Mix lemonade concentrate in a very large punch bowl. Add soda and frozen fruit. Open sherbet and dump the entire package of it into the punch (it will float on the top). Due to the frozen fruit and sherbet, there is really no need for ice until later, or unless it it very hot.

2 pieces ginger
1 gal water
1 lb lemons
1 cup sugar
ground cayenne pepper
Juice the lemons. Peel and grate the ginger. Place the grated ginger and a liberal dash of the cayenne pepper into a piece of cheesecloth, and tie it into a knot. Let soak in the water. After 15 minutes or so, add the sugar, and the lemon juice. Chill, and serve.

Add the lime juice and sugar to a large glass, and stir well. Add cold seltzer water to fill. Put the lime peels in the glass, and serve.

8 limes wedges
2 tsp brown sugar
crushed ice
Squeeze the 8 parts of a lime and the brown sugar with a wooden muddler, fill up with apple juice and crushed ice.
