2 cups basic syrup
4 cups apple juice
1 cup fresh lemon juice
4 cups water
1. Combine 4 cups of water with 4 cups of sugar in a saucepan. Bring to the boil and continue boiling for 10 minutes.
2. Combine the made syrup with the juices. Serve over ice, or serve hot with a cinnamon stick for stirring.

Pour the apple juice into the old-fashioned glass filled previously with 3 to 5 ice cubes and add the soda. Stir before you serve. You can mix the juice and the soda in the fifty-fifty percent relation too, but it is faster energy-delivering and even healthier my way.

1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
Combine the beef bouillon, black pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.

2 bottles lemon-lime soda
Boil sugar and water until the sugar dissolves, and allow to cool. Stir cranberry, pineapple, and orange juice, and chill. Prior to serving, add carbonated beverage.
