1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz creme de cacao
1/2 oz creme de bananes
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 sliced banana
Blend all ingredients (except sliced banana) in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a large brandy snifter and add sliced banana. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, top with a whole strawberry, and serve.

1.00 ct Plain low-fat yogurt (8 oz)
0.50 Banana
0.50 c Strawberries and/or peaches
0.50 c Juice (orange, cranberry, apple)
Directions:

Ingredients:
1.00 md Banana, peeled, cut into chunks
1.50 c Skim milk
0.25 ts Vanilla extract
1.00 cn (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice
Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Measure 1/2 cup pineapple chunks and save remainder for other use. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Makes 4 servings.

1 cup Vanilla honey ice milk
1 cup Raw milk
1   Banana, peeled and cut in chunks
3Â Â Â Pecans, broken
2 tablespoons Raw wheat germ
2 tablespoons Protein powder
Directions:
