Fruit Medley Punch

20 ounces (2 pk) Frozen Strawberries
3 cups Apricot Nectar — Chilled
3 cups Cold Water
1 cup Lemon Juice
6 ounces Frozen Orange Juice Thawed
1 cup Sugar
32 ounces Bottle Ginger Ale — Chilled

** Strawberries are to be the ones frozen in syrup
*** Frozen Orange Juice
should be thawed and no water added.

In a blender container, puree straw- berries.
In punch bowl, combine pureed strawberries, apricot nectar, water, lemon juice, orange juice
concentrate, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
Slowly pour in ginger ale.

Frosty Orange Cooler

Ingredients:
4.00 c Cold water
1.00 ea 6-oz can frozen orange juice
0.50 c Realemon lemon juice
0.50 c Sugar
24.00 ea Chilled ginger ale
Orange sherbet

Directions:
Thaw orange juice. In pitcher, combine water, juice concentrate, lemon juice and sugar; stir until the sugar is dissolved. Chill. Just before serving, add ginger ale. Scoop sherbet into glasses. Pour in juice mixture. Garnish as desired.
