2 oz cognac
2/3 oz whipping cream
1 tsp honey
1 oz hot water
Dissolve honey in water and allow to cool. Shake with cognac and cream and strain into a cocktail glass.

3/4 glass tea
2 shots brandy
1 slice lemon
Brew tea and fill a tall glass 3/4 full. Mix in honey. Mix in brandy shots. Add lemon slice and enjoy.

1 shot Scotch whisky
1 tbsp honey
1 bag tea
boiling water
In a standard coffee mug put the scotch, honey and tea bag. Pour boiling hot water to fill mug. Steep for about one or two minutes. Then remove and dispose of tea bag.

2 parts Irish whiskey
1 part lemon juice
1 part light honey
2 - 3 parts water
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Pour in Old-fashioned glasses with a spoon in it (to prevent the glass from breaking if the drink is too hot).

4 oz hot tea
Stir all ingredients in a mug and serve steaming hot. Garnish with a peppermint stick.

Ingredients:
1 gallon Apple cider
2Â Â Â Cinnamon sticks
8Â Â Â Whole cloves
4Â Â Â Whole allspice
1/4 large Lemon, sliced
1/4 cup Honey
Directions:
Add spices, lemon and honey to cider. Simmer 10 minutes in large pot. Or heat in a crockpot. Enjoy a warm cup in front of the fire for a cozy evening.
