2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes ginseng extract
1 lychee nut
Mix all liquid ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a lychee nut, and serve.

1/4 oz dry vermouth
Pour the brandy and dry vermouth into an old-fashioned or rocks glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir, garnish with 2 olives, and serve.
