1 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
4 - 5 ice cubes
1 oz tequila
1 cherry
1 oz lime juice
mint leaves
1 slice lemon
fill with Champagne
1 slice orange
Put all ingredients in together followed by the champagne last.

3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
4 oz Champagne
Muddle the fruit and maraschino in the bottom of a bar glass. Add ice and champagne, stir gently and strain into a champagne flute. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

1 slice orange
1 maraschino cherry
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, sugar, and lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into a collins glass. Top with the champagne. Stir well and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.

5 g sugar

1 - 1 1/2 oz cognac
1 - 2 dashes triple sec
1 cup hot coffee
1 twist lemon peel
1 twist orange peel
1 clove
1 pinch cinnamon
1 tsp sugar
Warm cognac in a heat-resistant glass. Pour in the hot coffee, and add dashes of triple sec. Add twists of lemon and orange peel, a clove, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Sweeten to taste, and serve.

2 cups milk
4 oz chocolate
3 2-inch strips oranges peel
1/2 tsp espresso
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1. Combine milk, chocolate (chopped bittersweet or semi-sweet ), orange peel, espresso (instant coffee), and nutmeg in a heavy medium saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts, increase heat and bring just to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat and whisk until frothy.
2. Return to heat and bring to boil again. Remove from heat, whisk until frothy. Repeat heating and whisking once again.
3. Discard orange peel. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Before serving, bring just to boil, remove from heat and whisk until frothy.) Pour hot chocolate into coffee mugs. Makes 2 servings.

48 oz strong black coffee
brown sugar
10 oz brandy
8 oz dark rum
8 oz white rum
2 cinnamon sticks
16 oz whipped cream
orange peel
Sweeten the coffee with brown sugar to taste. Mix coffee, liquor, and orange peel in a pan. Heat gently, but do not boil. Let infuse for a couple of minutes. Pour into pre-warmed heat-resistent glasses. Float whipped cream on top. Garnish with thin strip of peel of orange and nutmeg.

50 cl brandy
12 cl dark rum

20 cl water
30 cl dry ginger ale
1 sliced orange
1 tbsp pineapple chunks
1 tbsp raspberries
Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses.

1 cup hot chocolate
1 twist orange peel
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
Fill a mug with hot chocolate almost to the brim. Twist an orange peel over the mug and add it to the chocolate. Using a ladle, warm the cognac over hot water, ignite and while still flaming, pour into the mug. Garnish with whipped cream.
