1/2 oz Amaretto Di Saronno liqueur
1/2 oz Marie Brizard cherry liqueur
1 oz fresh orange juice
3 oz Champagne
Chill all ingredients (except champagne) and strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne, and serve.

48 oz (4 bottles) Bass pale ale
12 oz brandy
2 1/4 cups water
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
4 whole cloves
1 sliced lemon
1/2 cup brown sugar
Add the sugar, lemon slices, cloves, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, ginger and water to a large nonreactive saucepan set over medium-high heat. Stir frequently to dissolve the sugar. Let the mixture reach the boil, then turn the heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the brandy and ale and heat, but do not allow to boil. Serve in beer mugs, with a slice of lemon on each drink. Makes 8 (10-ounce) beer mugs.

1 L Kool-Aid Blue Moon Berry mix
6 oz Smirnoff Raspberry Twist vodka
6 oz Sour Puss raspberry liqueur
Make a liter of kool-aid mixture as standard. Add the raspberry vodka and raspberry sour puss, and stir. Pour into tall, ice-filled glasses, and serve.

4 bottles brandy
2 bottles white rum
1 gal coffee
4 lb sugar
Pour brandy and rum into a bowl filled with the sugar. Set on fire (use extreme caution) and let the sugar dissolve. Add black coffee and stir well.

1 qt strong black tea
1 qt rye whiskey
1 bottle red wine
1 pint Jamaican dark rum
1/2 pint brandy
1 jigger benedictine herbal liqueur
1 pint orange juice
1/2 pint lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients in a large punch bowl with a block of ice. If found too dry, sugar syrup may be added. Decorate with twists of lemon peel.

8 bags tea
4 cups boiling water
2 cups unsweetened cranberry juice
2 cups apple cider
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp ginger
4 cloves
Make strong tea with the teabags and boiling water. Add cranberry juice, apple cider, brown sugar, and spices. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Garnish with orange slices, and serve.

50 cl brandy
12 cl dark rum

20 cl water
30 cl dry ginger ale
1 sliced orange
1 tbsp pineapple chunks
1 tbsp raspberries
Combine all but ginger ale in a punch bowl with sufficient ice to chill. Add ginger ale when ready to serve, and pour out into wine glasses.
