2 oz Phillips Union blended whiskey
1 dash Peychaud bitters
1 splash soda
Stir ingredients together with ice cubes or cracked ice in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and drop in a maraschino cherry before serving.

1 1/2 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
1/2 oz dark rum
1/2 oz strawberry liqueur
1 oz whipping cream
1/2 oz lime juice
3 oz cream soda
2 oz strawberry puree
Blend all ingredients (except soda) with half a glassful of crushed ice. Add the soda, and garnish with a slice of banana between two halves of a strawberry. Add straws, and serve.

3 quart blackberries
4 cups water
3 cups sugar
1 tbsp whole cloves
1 tbsp allspice (whole)
2 cinnamon sticks
7-Up - soda (or equal soda)
Crush blackberries in a large kettle. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. Strain through a jelly bag, reserving juice and discarding pulp. Add water to juice if necessary to equal 2 quarts; pour into a large kettle. Slowly stir in sugar until dissolved. Place spices in a cheesecloth bag; add to juice. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Bring to a boil; remove the spice bag and discard. Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4″ headspace. Adjust caps. Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath. To serve, mix about 1/3 concentrate with 2/3 soda. Yield: about 4 pints concentrat

6 oz frozen lemonade
6 oz frozen limeade
2 liters 7-Up - soda
2 liters Squirt -Â citrus soda
Thinly slice one lime and lemon and float on top of punch. Use half of the 7-up and half of the squirt.
